The community of bloggers is also referred to as the blogosphere. 

The term is often related to how a topic or issue is taken up by those people that author blogs.  And it is typically used in conjunction with a news or political centered topic.

As of today Google reports 18,300,000 web results for “blogosphere” and around 3,133 active news stories for the term.

Is the blogosphere governed by online social culture as noted in a recent prleap.com release titled Five Commandments Civilize the Blogosphere?
